Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry

1 packet of Angel Hair SlimPasta OR 2 packets of Miracle Noodles
1 chicken breast, cubed
1 small carrot, chopped
½ medium red capsicum, chopped
1 small bunch of bok choy, chopped
3 mushrooms, chopped
½ cup of broccoli, chopped
100g bean sprouts
5cm piece of ginger, finely grated
3 tbsp salt reduced soy sauce


Prepare SlimPasta as per instructions.

Add chicken to non-stick fry pan. Cook until brown.

Add ginger, vegetables and soy sauce. Cook until vegetables are slightly tender.

Add Angel Hair to pan and stir through. (May cut pasta into shorter lengths if desired).

Garnish with bean sprouts.

You can also toast 2 tbsp of sesame seeds in a pan and add to stir fry.
