British-Indian curried potatoes

Threw this together & it came out great. Really easy. I'll call it Britindian style, because of the curry + blue cheese.

Ingredients

1 cauliflower
10 small redskin potatoes
1T garam masala
1t turmeric
1/2t salt
1/2 stick butter
1/2C heavy cream
1/2 C crumbled feta
1/4C blue cheese
1 red pepper (optional?)

Method

Melt the butter in a Dutch oven.
Chop the potatoes & cauliflower to half pingpong ball sized.
Add everything and stir.
Bake covered, 350 x 3hrs.
