Baked Walnut Fruit Tartlets

Ingredients

15 pre-baked mini tartlet shells
2 tablespoon Spreadable Fruit
4 ounces grated walnut cheese, rind removed

Method

Place approximately 1/2 teaspoon jam in the bottom of each filo tartlet shell. Top with approximately 1 teaspoon cheese over the jam in each shell. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F. and bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is just melted. Transfer to a serving platter.
