Basic cheesecake recipe, add flavour as desired (chocolate, pumpkin, strawberry, lemon etc.)

Ingredients

Crust:
1 package multigrain Leibniz
125g melted butter

Filling
3 packs cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
3 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200°
2. Butter springform
3. Grind cookies into crumbs
4. Add butter to moisten crumbs
5. Press into springform
6. Bake 8-10min. until brown
7. Blend cream cheese, sugar, flavour until smooth
8. Add eggs, flour, lemon juice and vanilla extract
9. Fill crust
10. Bake 1 hour or until edges brown and crack
11. Cool for 4 hours and top (optional)
