500g mixed seafood- squid, fish, mussels, prawns
3 tins crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 med onions diced
1 red capsicum diced
2 teaspoons each oregano, basil
Flaschengeist Lemon EVOO
3 tablespoons Flaschengeist Dukka
Using the Lemon EVOO, fry off onion and garlic. Add tomatoes, capsicum and herbs. Bring to the boil, reduce to simmer and simmer for 15mins. Add seafood and simmer for until prawns are translucent. (approx 8mins)
Take from the heat and add the juice of half the lemon.
Serve with your favourite pasta, a sprinkle of Dukka and a wedge of lemon!
