1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 to 5 cups flour


In a large bowl, add yeast and sugar to warm water. Stir until yeast dissolves, then let it sit until the yeast starts to grow. Mix in oil, salt and flour. Add the remainder of the flour until the dough is not stickly and easy to work with. Shape dough into two balls and let sit for 10 minutes before rolling out into pizza crusts.
Oil pizza pans, and put rolled crusts into pans. Top with spaghetti/tomato sauce, mozzerella cheese and your choice of toppings.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
