â€¢½ cup of almond meal (or wholemeal flour)
â€¢½ cup raw, unsalted almonds
â€¢½ cup raw, unsalted walnuts
â€¢1 cup mixed dried fruit
â€¢2 tbsp LSA
â€¢1 tsp vanilla extract
â€¢½ tsp cinnamon
â€¢2 tbsp olive oil
â€¢2 tbsp honey
1. Preheat oven to 160â€™C.
2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Line a shallow baking tray with baking paper, and spread the mixture evenly so that it is around 2 cm high.
4. Bake for 25-30minutes or until set.
5. Cool for 10minutes then cut into snack sized slices.
