15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Stevia in the Raw "Bakers Bag"
1/4 cup rolled oats
8oz cream cheese or "Tofutti" tofu cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8x8 pan and set aside.
First you will need to cream together a few ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add softened 8oz cream cheese, Stevia in the Raw, cinnamon, vanilla extract and Agave nectar; blend well until creamy.
Next, Finely grind the oats in food processor, then add black beans and pulse until a creamy consistency. Combine with other mixture, add cocoa and blend well. Transfer to pan and bake at 350 for 30 mins or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool, slice and enjoy!
Tip: Beforehand, I soften the cream cheese in microwave.
