Ingredients

3 avocados - peeled, pitted, mashed
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup diced onion (1/4 large onion)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
3 T chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced (optional)

Method

combine ingredients, chill 1 hour (for best flavour).
