Peanut Butter Bundt cake

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups apple butter
2 cups buttermilk
4 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt


Mix Peanut butter and margarine until fluffy. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each, Stir in apple butter and buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients and beat until blended. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan or a 10X4" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 75 - 80 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Tap to loosen and unmold.
