Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
3 c bisquick
1 lb hot sausage
8 oz extra sharp cheese, grated
Allow cheese and sausage to come to room temperature.
Mix ingredients and form into balls the size of walnuts.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
These will freeze well before cooking but should be cooked about 20 minutes if frozen. To freeze, place the balls on a cookie sheet in the freezer. Once frozen, place into a plastic bag and store in the freezer.
