Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
6 sweet peppers
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbs mustard seed
2 c vinegar
Wash peppers and remove seeds without breaking shells.
Cut cabbage fine. Add salt and mustard seed. Mix together thoroughly and then press into pepper shells.
Arrange the pepper shells upright in a jar and cover with cold vinegar.
Tighten lid and store in a cool place.
