Nana's Spanish Rice

Ingredients

1 c cooked rice
chopped bacon
chopped onions
1 qt tomatoes

Method

Chop bacon fine and put it in a skillet with chopped onions. Fry to a nice brown.

Run tomatoes through a collander.

Add all together.

Salt and pepper to taste.

This is one of nana's written recipes. Like many of them, mix the ingredients to taste and go from there :)
