Nana's Liverwurst

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 lb smoked liver
1 lb smoked jowl
3 onions
1 bell pepper
1 red pepper pod
1 Tbs mustard seed


Cook liver and jowl with pepper pod until tender. Grind meat, onions, and peppers. Add mustard seed and stock (not too thin).

Press into mixing bowl.

Slice and serve cold.
