Nana's Pumpkin Pie

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


3/4 c light brown sugar
1 Tbs flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 1/2 pint milk
1 egg
2 Tbs syrup
1 1/2 c pumpkin


Preheat oven to 450.

Mix together everything but the pumpkin. Stir well.

Fold in the pumpkin.

Stir until smooth. Pour into a deep pie crust.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 325 and bake until firm or for 40 minutes.
