Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 Tbs flour
1 c sugar
3 c milk
butter (size nut)
Separate yolks and whites of eggs.
Beat yolks, add (for each pie heaping T flour without mixing with egg yolks until extra milk is added). Add enough extra to make mixture creamy, then add sugar, milk, and butter.
Cook until thick.
Flavor, pour in prepared crust and cover with beaten egg whites.
