Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
6 slices bread or toast
1/2 c soft butter
2 1/2 c diced American cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Oven at 325.
Butter bread. Quarter each slice.
Alternate layers of bread and cheese in a 1 1/2 qt baking dish. End with cheese on top.
Combine eggs, milk, seasonings and pour over layers.
Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes or until knofe comes out clean.
