Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
2 c cooked rice
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c sugar
2 c rich milk
1 c pre-soaked seedless raisins
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 stick melted butter
Preheat oven to 350.
Pour cooked rice in a large mixing bowl. Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a greased casserole dish for 30 minutes
