Nana's Yeast Buns

1 1/2 c boiling water
1 1/2 c lukewarm water
3 Tbs lard
1/2 c sugar
3 tsp salt
2 cakes yeast
7 c flour


To boiling water add lard, sugar, and salt. Set aside and let cool.

To lukewarm water add yeast.

Stir 1/2 of flour into sugar water mixture. Mix in yeast water. Add remaining flour.

Work on floured board and then let rise.
