Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
3 lbs hamburger
2 medium onions cut in small pieces
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped into small pieces
1 small loaf of bread broken in small pieces
Combine all ingredients but the milk. Mix well. Add just enough milk to keep the meatballs moist and sticking together.
Form into small balls and place on a long baking pan.
Cook in the oven and brown (turning a time or two).
Then fix your sauce.
