Russian Caramel

115gm butter
40ml golden syrup
230gm brown sugar
1 can condensed milk


Melt butter, add brown sugar, syrup and condensed milk.

Stir for 20 minutes on medium heat until the mixture leaves the side of the pan.

Set it in a buttered cake tin.

Cut into cubes.
