Pavlova with Fruit

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


4 eggs whites, room temp.
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 container Cool Whip
Cut-up fresh fruit, strawberries, blueberries and kiwi


Beat whites and tartar until frothy. Add sugar 1 Tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla and more sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Cut a 10-inch circle out of parchment paper. Place on cookie sheet. Pat mixture on paper, spread to edge building up an edge.

Put in 250 degree oven on lower rack, 50-60 minutes. Cool.

Arrange container of Cool Whip on pavlova. Arrange fresh fruit on top (strawberries, blueberries and kiwi) or any fresh fruit.
