Baked Apples

Ingredients

1/4 cup dates, finely chopped
1/4 cup almonds, finely chopped
1/4 cup tahini
4 apples, cored
1/3 cup soy milk
4tsp rice syrup

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180'C.

2. In a bowl, combine dates, almonds & tahini. Place each apple on a separate piece of foil & fill with the date mixture.

3. Pour 1tbs of the soy milk & 1tsp of the rice syrup around the base of each apple, then wrap in foil.

4. Place in a baking dish & bake for 35mins. Remove from foil & serve.
