Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time:

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Serves: 6-8

3 lbs ground beef
2 med onions, peeled and chopped into small pieces
4 eggs
2 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 small cloves garlic, chopped into small pieces
1 small loaf bread, broken into small pieces
salt to taste
1 jar 48 oz spaghetti sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar

Mix together all ingredients. Add enough milk to help it stick together if needed.

Form into small balls and place on a large baking pan. Brown meatballs at 350 degrees in the oven, turning a time or two.

While the meatballs cook, Mix together the sauce and brown sugar in a saucepan. Let the sauce simmer.

After the meatballs are browned, add them into the sauce and let it continue to simmer for 30 minutes. Keep the sauce stirred so that it does not stick. If it gets too thick, add more sauce.
