Turkey Stroganoff

1/4 c green pepper, seeded and chopped
2 Tbs chopped onion
2 Tbs butter
1 can (11 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c sour cream
2 c cooked noodles
1 c cooked turkey, diced
1/2 tsp paprika


Cook green pepper and onion in butter until tender.

In a 1 qt casserole dish, combine soup and sour cream. Stir in all remaining ingredients including pepper and onion. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
