-¼ cup Ah love Pumpkin Spice Balsamic
-2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
-Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
-1 Pear peel, cored and diced- large dice
-Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the Pumpkin Spice Balsamic and cinnamon, whisk together.
-Add the pears and sauté until soft, coating the pears in the sauce-approximate 5-8 minutes.
-This dish is delicious placed on top of butter lettuce and served as a salad or served over shortcake with fresh whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon for dessert.
-Flavor variations: substitute Pumpkin Spice Balsamic with Green Apple, Bergamot Lemon, Espresso or Dark Chocolate Balsamics.
