Wanda's Pickle chunks

Ingredients

1 gallon kosher Dill pickles
9 cups sugar
2 cups white vinegar
2 tablespoons pickling spices

Method

Drain pickles, reserve juice. Cut into chunks. Cook half of juice and sugar until dissolved. Add pickling spices. Cool and pour over chunks. Put in refrigerator.
