Lemon & Honey Tea Base

The cold and flu season approaches. This is THE best for those cold days when you're not feeling well.

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 5 min

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1) Lemons

2) Honey

When ready to use:

3) Boiling water


1) Cut lemon into slices

2) Put lemons in a mason jar

3) Cover with honey to the top.

Store in your fridge.

When ready to use, boil some water and place in a mug as though you were making a cup of tea. Add desired amount of your lemon honey.
