Ingredients

材料:
里脊、冬笋、泡发木耳、泡椒、大葱、姜、蒜

调料:
白糖、醋、酱油、水、淀粉

Method

1、里脊切丝,用淀粉、盐腌;泡发的木耳切丝,冬笋切丝,泡椒切碎,葱切花,姜蒜切碎,调料汁;

2、倒油热锅,下腌肉丝炒散,加泡椒碎、姜蒜和葱;

3、加木耳丝和冬笋丝炒;将料汁倒锅中炒至收汁。
