草莓蛋奶布丁

Ingredients

全脂牛奶300ML、鸡蛋3个、白糖30克、草莓三个

Method

1、鸡蛋内加白糖,打散备用。草莓洗净切片备用;

2、牛奶倒入蛋液中,倒入时用筷子充分搅匀;

3、搅好的牛奶鸡蛋液过滤两次, 水下锅,(锅盖留一条小缝)水开后蒸15分钟,关火后焖2分钟后开盖,放入草莓片即可

PS、牛奶最好要煮过,不然会很稀……
