6 c sugar
6 c white vinegar
1/4 c mustard seed
1/4 c celery seed
2 Tbs canning salt
10 carrots, halved and quartered
3 cucumbers, sliced
3 sweet red peppers, sliced into 1" pieces
2 onions, peeled and sliced
8 green onions, cut into 2" pieces
Mix together sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, celery seed, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Pour boiling mixture over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate for 6-8 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
