1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c whipping cream
2 tsp lemon zest
1 1/2 c fresh strawberries
3 graham crackers, coarsely chopped
mix together cream cheese, milk, cream and lemon zest until well-blended. Freeze 4 hours or until almost frozen solid.
Beat together cheese mixture with blender until creamy.
Beat berries in blender until smooth. Add to cheese mixture and stir in graham crackers. Mix well. Freeze for 8 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Scoop out with ice cream scooper and serve in individual dishes or ice cream cone bowls
