Lemon Cream Pops

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 c whole milk
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel


Whisk together all ingredients, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour into 8 pop molds or paper cups (3 oz each). Top molds with holders or insert wooden sticks into cups.

Freeze for 6-8 hours or until solid.
