Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c butter
2 Tbs minced pimento
1 Tbs chopped parsley
1 tsp grated onion
1/3 c finely chopped nuts
1/3 c chopped parsley
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in pimento, 1 Tbs parsley, and onion. Chill until semi-firm.
Shape into a ball.
Combine chopped nuts and 1/3 c parsley. Roll ball into mixture. Serve with crackers.
