Swiss Cheese Ball

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 c Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c butter
2 Tbs minced pimento
1 Tbs chopped parsley
1 tsp grated onion
1 can (3 oz) deviled ham
1 tsp prepared mustard


Combine all ingredients and shape into a ball.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Serve at room temperature (slightly soft) with crackers.
