3/4 whole wheat flour (sifted if you're anal)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 C milk
1/4 C cold water
2 eggs


Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Beat all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth (scraping bottom of bowl a couple times)

Spoon into a well greased muffin tin, filling each cup 2/3

Bake 20 min-ish until well browned, puffed, and firm

Serve immediately
