Pulled Pork

Ingredients

1 lg yellow onion, peeled and chopped
1 c barbeque sauce
1 Tbs chili powder
2 lb boneless pork loin, trimmed of all surface fat

Method

Mix the onion, sauce, and chili powder in a 5 qt slow cooker.

Nestle the pork loin into the sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, until the pork is falling apart. Shred the meat using forks.

Stir well to combine with the sauce.
