Justins Slow cooker Chicken Chili with a kick

This is a recipe that I found online a few years back and completely changed it. We love this meal in our house, it has a bit of a kick but even all of the kids eat it.

Ingredients

5 Bonless Chicken Breast. (frozen or thawed)
2 (15 ounce) cans of navy beans
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 (15 ounce) can of kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can of hominy
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (4.5 once)can chopped jalapenos
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
28 ounces of chicken stock
1 tbs Chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Diced onion to flavor

Tortilla strips
Sour cream
Shredded Cheese


Method

Use frozen chicken on high for 5 hours or thawed on low for 8 hours

Place chicken in slow cooker

Add All caned ingredients over the top

Make all herbs and spices in a separate bowl mix and pour over the top.

Poor chicken stock over everything and mix slightly with a spoon to spread evenly.

Cook on desired setting to accommodation you time frame.

Serve with tortilla strips a spoon full of sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
