It's like a slice of homemade pumpkin pie, milkshake and healthy smoothie all in one!

Ingredients

1 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 very ripe banana, peeled and frozen
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup vanilla, non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4-5 ice cubes

Method

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth and enjoy immediately.
