Ingredients

fish fillets, fresh or thawed
butter or olive oil
spice mix: variation of salt or seaweed, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper (optional)

Method

Coat fillets in butter or oil.
Coat with spice mixture.
Place in hot skillet with additional butter or oil and cook about 2 minutes on each side.
