bunch of carrots, cleaned and chopped
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion, chopped
pinch of ginger
Steam carrots in a steamer.
Saute garlic, onion and ginger in oil.
Add carrots, garlic, onion, ginger and pepper into a blender with enough of the carrot water from the steamer to make a smooth sauce to your desired consistency.
Blend until smooth.
Return to saucepan and heat through.
