Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
one 1-lb. package of bow-tie pasta
one 1-lb. package of Sweet Italian Sausage
one can of Swanson's Beef Broth
one sweet red pepper, cut into strips
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and set aside when finished.
Meanwhile, cut sausage into 1-inch coins and fry in skillet. When sausage is nearly cooked, add the pepper strips. Stir together, then add enough broth to almost cover the mixture. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the skillet to get all the good stuff. Simmer for about five minutes.
Combine pasta and meat mixture together in a large bowl.
Yummy! Add a salad and garlic bread and you're set to go.
