â€¢1 tablespoon Filippo Berio® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
â€¢1-1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
â€¢1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
â€¢1 garlic clove, thinly sliced
â€¢1/2 teaspoon paprika
â€¢1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
â€¢1/2 teaspoon dried basil
â€¢1/4 teaspoon pepper
â€¢1 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
â€¢In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first eight ingredients. Add shrimp; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Drain and discard marinade.
â€¢ Place shrimp on an ungreased baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn pink. Yield: 2-1/2 dozen.
