chickin salmon rolls

This dish is rather long to prepare and it will be messyyyy
But, the final result will satisfy all the growling stomachs. Trust me huhuhuhuhu

Preparation time: aprox. 1hr
Cooking time: 20-35 min

Ingredients

5X chicken breast fillet, skinned
500g smoked salmon
150g cheddar cheese, grated
pinch of basil (adjust accordingly)
pinch of rosemary (adjust accordingly)
pinch of pepper (adjust accordingly)
150 ml of olive oil (extra virgin)

Method

- As usual guys, clean the chicken first!!! wash it and remove fats and blood clots thoroughly!
- Mince smoked salmon fillets. But not too fine though.

Now that is done, lets move into the sauce.

- have these ingredients ready:
150g cheddar cheese, grated
pinch of basil (adjust accordingly)
pinch of rosemary (adjust accordingly)
pinch of pepper (adjust accordingly)
150 ml of olive oil (extra virgin)

- mix em up in a biggg bowl.

Now back to the chickens and salmonssss

- dip the chicken fillet into the sauce or oil or wutever ya wanna call it. Make sure the spices and some cheese are stuck on the chicken fillet.
- Now, the fun and messy part. put the chicken fillet flat, then put some salmon on top of it then roll the chicken up. to hold it, use toothpick.
- Do this for the next four chicken fillets.

Cooking:
- set the oven to 220C.
- while waiting for the oven to heat up, wrap the chickens in alluminium foil. This is to ensure that the moisture is kept inside the chicken. Then put it into a oven safe tray.
- Pop the prepared chicken into the oven for approx 20-35 min. keep checking it regularly making sure that the chicken won't overcook.
- when cooked. take it out. DONT WASTE THE SAUCE IN THE PAN! THEY ARE THE CHICKEN JUICE!!!
