Chicken Strips

Preparation time: about 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves: four


1-lb. chicken tenderloins, cut into strips
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
6 ounces of tortilla chips


Preheat oven to 400*

1. beat egg in shallow bowl; add milk and mix together; set aside.

2. crush tortilla chips rather finely; place in shallow plate

3. dip chicken strips into egg mixture

4. dunk into tortilla chips, covering both sides well

5. place on ungreased cookie sheet

6. bake for 10 minutes

7. after 10 minutes, flip the chicken strips over and bake for 10 minutes

Serve with ketchup or honey mustard
