Roast Mutton For Trolls

Ingredients

1 Large Leg of Mutton (Lamb, or Dwarves if you prefer)
1 Clove Garlic

Method

Leave a thin layer of fat on a large leg of mutton and rub with a cut clove of garlic.
Roast for 25 minutes per pound in a 350-degree oven until medium rare.
Serve with mint jelly and Shire popovers
