Moroccan Beef Salad

Ingredients

1 cups Cous Cous
1/4 cups Mint Leaves (Fresh)
1/4 cup chopped Parsley (Fresh)
2 Tomatoes diced
2 Lemons juiced
500g Rump Steak
2 tbsp MasterFoods Moroccan Seasoning

Method

Soak the Cous Cous in 1 cup of boiling water for 2-4 minutes until all the water is absorbed.

Mix through mint, parsley, tomatoes and lemons.

Sprinkle steak with seasoning and char grill for approximately 2 minutes each side.

Leave to rest for 5 minutes then slice and serve with salad.
