â€¢2 packages (16 ounces each) miniature smoked sausages
â€¢2 tablespoons butter
â€¢1 can (15-1/4 ounces) sliced peaches, drained and halved
â€¢1 cup chili sauce
â€¢3/4 cup sugar
â€¢1/2 cup ketchup
â€¢1 teaspoon dried minced onion
â€¢1 teaspoon curry powder
â€¢In a large skillet, brown sausages in butter. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; stir in the sausages. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
â€¢ Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir; bake 15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Yield: 18 servings.
