A beautifully festive canape - they can be made 2 hours in advance so no need to fuss when your guests are there!

Ingredients

Vanilla pod Shopping List
200g 180 Acre Marinate Fetta
1 jar Griottine Barberries in cassis
1 pkt canapé cups (store leftovers in Tupperware)

Other Shopping List
1 small bunch baby beetroot leaves or spinach leaves

Method

1. Line to canapé cup with a tiny beetroot leaf.
2. Fill the canapé cases with fetta and top with two berries.
3. Drizzle the Griottine cassis over the canapé cup and serve.
