Peach and Brie Tartlet with pear and calvados jam

A lovely Canape for summer entertaining. They can be made up to 3 hours in advance!

Ingredients

Vanilla pod Shopping List
200g Tomewin Farm Brie
1 jar Farmgate Pear & Calvados Jam
1 pkt canapé cups
Edible Glitter

Other Shopping List
1 Yellow Peach
20 tiny sprigs of mint

Method

1. Slice the brie into small pieces.
2. Cut the peaches into tenths, and halve again.
3. Fill the canapé cases with ½ tspn jam, then brie and top with a slice of peach.
4. Garnish with a little edible glitter and mint
